We place hair stylists, color specialists, nail technicians, beauticians, lash and brow artists, spa therapists, salon receptionists, salon managers, and spa managers. All candidates are trained through our partnership with Nails Academia by Victoria Vynn International and certified for the specific service category they offer.
Our salon talent goes through a structured training pipeline led by Manjita Tamang, trainer with Nails Academia by Victoria Vynn. Programs include cutting and styling technique, color theory, treatment protocols, hygiene and sanitation, customer service in Arabic-cultural context, and product knowledge for Nails Academia by Victoria Vynn and other premium brands.
Most candidates arrive on a fresh employment visa sponsored by your salon. We coordinate the entire visa cycle through MOHRE, including medical fitness, Emirates ID, and labor card. For salons new to sponsoring staff, we walk you through the establishment card and quota approval process.
A junior hair stylist earns AED 2,500-4,000 per month, a senior hair stylist AED 4,500-7,500 per month, and a color specialist AED 5,000-8,000 per month. Salaries typically include accommodation, transport, and one annual flight ticket. Tips and commission can add 20-40% to base pay.
Elderly care, post-surgery and recovery care, special needs care (autism, Down syndrome, mobility assistance), child care (newborn through teen), and live-in versus live-out arrangements. All caregivers hold internationally recognized certifications and are background-checked.
